Shipping

Orders placed before 3:00pm Eastern Time (M-F) are normally shipped the same day.  We cannot ship on weekends or during holidays when UPS/USPS are closed.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

We use services from UPS or USPS for delivery. 

Shipping Options For US Delivery:

• FREE UPS Ground Shipping on Orders Over $150 (lower 48 only, sorry no po boxes)
• $6 UPS Ground (Flat Rate, Any Size Order)
• $20 UPS Next Day Air Saver (Flat Rate, Any Size Order)
• USPS Priority/Express Mail (Rates Calculated @ Checkout)

Shipping Options for International Delivery (rates calculated @ checkout):

• UPS
• USPS Priority Mail International

All shipments will have full insurance & tracking numbers.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund, less original shipping cost (if any). Buyer is responsible for return shipping fees.

NOTE: Many items may NOT be returned after being opened, including but not limited to:

• Software
• Data Cards
• Light Bulbs
• Batteries

Returned items must be complete, including all packaging, and be in new, resalable condition. 

We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
